摘    要:标题所示附件是迎合粉末X射线衍射用多功能XMF数学模型的需要而研制的,故而得名,该多功能附件是与主机二维广角X射线衍射仪配套使用的。适合于粉末及固体薄膜等多晶材料的定性、定量、剖面、取向/织构分析,多晶及单晶体取向测定等;同时兼顾表面反射和透过反射等多种方式。这套附件具有构造简单、功能多样、分析结果直观等优点,可以作为“附件”完善现有衍射设备使其升级并具有多种新功能,也适合厂家生产构造合理、功能多样的三维(圆)X射线衍射设备。本文概要介绍其结构、原理及其功用。

Abstract:The XMF attachment, the name is proposed from the XMF(X-ray Multi-Function) model, as the topic is designed for 3-D, as well as 1-D and 2-D, X-ray polycrystallography, in qualitative/ quantitative analysis, profile analysis, texture analysis and orientation determination, and developed for both the surface-and transmission-reflection techniques. It grads the preent equipment, It will be useful, therefore, to attempt to summarize the principal characteristics of the mind-member in rather qualitative terms. The three most important things are : a. the general XMF model, b. the development of functions of instrument; and c. the progress of X-ray experimental methods. In a sense, there are the characteristics common to all X-ray diffraction techniques.
