铁氧磁流体磁性粒子形成的影响因素及其作用机理

摘    要:采用化学共沉淀法制备纳米级铁氧体磁性粒子,探讨温度、碱的过量比(y)、表面活性剂的用量比(n)、反应时间对磁流体基本性质的影响。着重讨论了磁性粒子形成的影响因素及其作用机理。并用古埃磁天平对产品进行了性能测试。通过实验确定了制备高纯度、小粒径、强磁性、均匀分散的Fe3O4磁性粒子的合理工艺条件:反应时间180min,温度80℃,y=0.25,n=0.6。

Abstract:In this paper, the nano-sized ferrite magnetic particles were prepared by chemical precipitation. The influence of operating temperature, time, pH and the amount of surfactant on the stability of the magnetic particles were studied. Then studies are made in detail on the formation mechanism of magnetic (Fe_3O_4) particles and the influencing factors. The properties are investigated by VSM.Then we obtained the optimum condition of preparing Fe_3O_4 with high purity, fine particle diameter and even dispersion:reaction time is 180 min,temperature is 80℃,y=0.25,n=0.6.
