摘    要:采用浸渍法制备负载型Cr-Ce催化剂,研究活性组分Cr2O3、CeO2负载量,反应温度,物料配比对CO2氧化乙烷脱氢反应(ODE)的影响。采用XRD技术,研究了催化剂的晶型结构。实验结果表明:Cr2O3是CO2氧化乙烷脱氢反应良好的催化活性组分,CeO2有利于抑制积炭的生成。当Cr2O3、CeO2的负载量分别为12%和10%时催化效果最好,在反应温度为700℃、反应气配比y(CO2):V(C2H6)=2:1时,乙烷的转化率为29.3%,乙烯的收率为28.9%。

Abstract:A series of Cr-Ce catalysts was prepared by impregnation method. The effect of the loading of active component Cr2O3 .CeO2, reaction temperature and molar ratio of reaction gas on the reaction was investigated. The catalysts were characterized with XRD techniques. Experimental results indicated that Cr2O3 was the favorable active component of reaction, and CeO2 was conducive to inhibit the generation of carbon deposition. The catalytic effect was the best when the loading of Cr2O3 and GeO2 was 12% and 10% respectively. The conversation of ethane was 29.3%, and the yield of ethylene was 28.9% when the temperature was 700℃ and the ratio of V(C02) : V(C2H6) was 2:1.
