| 摘 要： | 本文综合修正型圆型环面包络环面蜗杆融的理论研究成果和性能试验数据，全面验证了该型蜗杆融继ＺＡ、ＺＣ、ＴＡ、ＴＰ、ＴＫ型蜗杆副之后出现的又一种具尼曼齿形的新型的高效蜗杆融。

| Abstract: | The theoretical research achievements and performance trial data on correction-type torus worm gear pairs with toroid envelope are synthesized in this paper. That this type worm pairs are a new type and high efficiency worm pairs with Niemann tooth profile is all-sidedly discussed. The tow cinjugate tooth flanks have instantaneous tow contact line, small equivalent normal curvature, well lubricating property, high transmission efficiency, big bearing capacity and many degrees of freedom about optimal design. This type worm pairs is a new type transmission device with good developing prospects. |
