内燃机车柴油发动机内漏检测仪的研制

摘    要:基于内燃机车柴油发动机内漏检测的传统方法可靠性差、效率低,提出了一种新的检测方法,它的原理是通过检测相应部位排出的气体的湿度的变化规律来判断是否发生内漏。依此原理研制了内燃机车柴油机汽缸冷却水内漏检测仪,介绍了该仪器的系统组成及实现方法,以及新型温湿度传感器的功能与应用。实验结果表明:这种方法是可行的。

Abstract:Based on inferior reliability and low efficiency of traditional method for measuring inner leakage in diesel engine steam-cylinder,a new method of judging inner leakage from the humidity of the gas out of the steam-cylinder is given.Based on this principium,the instrument for measuring the level of cooling water inner leakage in diesel engine steam-cylinder is designed.And system composition and realizable method of the instrument are introduced,especially the function and the application.Experimental results show that this method is feasible.
