电凝聚处理活性艳红X-3B染料废水的实验研究

摘    要:采用电凝聚法处理4000mg/L的活性艳红X-3B染料废水,其CODCr为2198mg/L,色度为16000倍,研究了pH值、板间距、电流强度、处理时间等对实验效果的影响、实验表明:在pH值为8,板间距为15mm,电流强度为5A,加入2g/LNaCl条件下,脱色率和CODCr去除率可分别达到94.3%和90.5%

Abstract:The dye wastewater, in which stuff-RBBRX-3B concentration is 4 000 mg/L, CODCr is 2 198 mg/L, and chroma is 16 000, is treated by electro-coagulation, and the influences of the relevant parameters such as pH, Space between two electrode panels, current intensity and reaction time on the treatment efficiency are studied. The experimental results show that when pH, the electrode space and current intensity are 8,15 mm and 5 A, respectively, the removal efficiency of chroma is up to 94.3% and that of CODCr up to 90.5% on condition that NaCl concentration is 2 g/L.
