全自动模切机清废机构运动精度可靠性分析

摘    要:对全自动平压平模切机清废机构建立了机构运动精度概率分析模型.在四杆机构的杆长尺寸误差或铰链间隙误差以及两种误差同时存在的情况下,对其运动精度进行了分析,并对杆长尺寸误差和较链间隙误差随机变量均值和方差的改变对四杆机构运动精度可靠度的影响,进行了MATLAB仿真分析,得出四杆机构的制造应满足:杆长的公差带中心为公称尺寸;铰链间隙公差带宽度尽量小.
