| 摘 要： | 酸枣仁油用正己烷提取、经甲酯化法处理,GC-MS联用对其脂肪酸组成成分进行了分析和鉴定.经DB-1柱分离出23个峰,鉴定了其中20种化合物,占脂肪酸总含量的98.10%.其中饱和脂肪酸占31.55%,主要是棕榈酸及硬脂酸;不饱和脂肪酸占66.56%,主要是油酸及亚油酸.

| Abstract: | Semen Ziziphi Spinosae oil was extracted with n-hexane,and the extract was saponified and esterified.The chemical components of fatty acid were separated and identified by GC-MS.23 fatty acids were separated and 20 fatty acids of them were identified,and their relative contents were 98.10%.The main components of the fatty acid in Semen Ziziphi Spinosae oil were oleic acid(45.03%),linoleic acid(17.16%),palmitic acid(12.75%),stearic acid((9.65%)),arachidic acid(3.63%).The relative contents of unsaturated fatty acids were 66.56%. |
