受全球金融风暴的影响，当下中国经济面临的问题．除了扩大内需保增长外，更让人“挠头”的是外需增长动力不足。自2008年10月份起，中国企业的国际订单就开始减少，工程机械行业也不例外。2008年11月，工程机械出口同比增幅仅为2．4％，与2004年以来行业出口平均月增长70％以上这样的增速相比，受影响之大可见一斑。
