| 摘 要： | 针对使用的智能化电子设备（IED）在数据通信方面存在的问题，广东省电力试验研究所自行开发了PT－Handshaker变电站通信管理器，来实现IED与RTU或调度端前置机的实时数据通信，即实时的通信协议的转换和数据处理，本文阐述了该通信管理器的系统构成，软件设计，功能及应用情况。

| Abstract: | To remedy the deficiency of intelligent electronic devices (IED) in data communication, Guangdong Power Test and Research Institute developed the PT Handshaker communication manager for substations, thus allowing real time data communication between IED and RTU or dispatching gate way, i.e. real time communication protocol transition and data processing. In this paper, the configuration, software design, functions and applications of the manager are presented. |
