摘    要:研究了稀土元素Y、La、Ce、Eu、Er、Yb和过渡金属Zn对Mo/HZSM-5催化剂的活性和选择性的影响,发现适量的稀土元素Y、La、Eu、Er、Yb促进了催化剂的活性,提高了甲烷的转化率及苯的选择性,其中Y或Eu改性的催化剂上的甲烷转化率分别达19.6%和19.3%,苯的选择性分别为96.5%和97.5%,还研究了非氧除炭再生催化剂的方法,发现催化剂经此方法再生后,其活性略有提高,且较稳定,说明原位非氧除炭再生催化剂的方法是可行的。

Abstract:Conversion of methane via direct aromatization over a RE Mo/HZSM 5 catalyst is investigated under a non oxidizing condition.The results show that rare earth elements(except for Ce) can greatly improve the activity and stability of the catalyst. Pretreated with CH 4, the modified catalyst exhibits better performance for methane aromatization compared with that pretreated with H 2, N 2 and air.Regeneration of the inactive catalyst under oxygen free condition is also investigated.Deposited carbon on the catalyst can be removed by hydrogen at 1023K.It is found that the regenerated catalyst shows better activity and stability than the fresh one. This demonstrates that the method for regeneration of an inactive catalyst under a non oxidizing condition is feasible.
