焦家金矿充填物料的颗粒级配优选研究

本文通过试验,研究了焦家金矿尾砂的粒级分布规律,分析了尾砂固结材料充填料浆的级配与流动性的关系、尾砂堆积率与溢流尾砂含量关系、最大堆积率与浆体流动性的关系及充填料浆级配与充填体强度的关系。充填物料堆积率越大,浆体的坍落度越大,流动性就越好。研究发现,焦家金矿分级尾砂细粒级尾砂的最佳含量在30%左右,料浆的充填浓度最好介于70%~75%之间,一般现场选用70%左右的料浆浓度。在尾砂固结剂与溢流尾砂含量之和在25%~30%时,统一配比浓度条件下试件强度最大,因此焦家金矿选择料浆浓度为68%,分级尾砂∶溢流尾砂∶尾砂固结剂体积比为70∶20∶10或70∶15∶15比较适宜。
