| 摘 要： | 以康居示范工程台州市景元花园为例进行分析,指出提升住宅品质应从人的行为感受、生理感受、精神感受各方面提高住宅舒适度。项目以规划为切入点,从布局到环境景观,从住宅功能到造型,从生态节能到技术集成全方位提高住宅各项性能指标。
