基于DSP的异步电机矢量控制变频调速系统研究

摘    要:在分析异步电动机按转子磁场定向的数学模型的基础上,结合空间电压矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)技术,对矢量控制系统原理方案进行了总结分析,设计了以数字信号处理器(DSP)芯片TMS320LF2407A为核心的全数字矢量控制的变频调速系统。介绍了该控制系统的软件和硬件实现方法。实验结果表明该系统电压、转矩波动小,转速响应迅速,具有良好的动态和静态性能,显示该技术在电机控制的应用中将有广阔的前景。

Abstract:Based on the mathematical model of AC asynchronism motor on the rotor flux oriented,by using SVPWM (Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation),the overall design scheme is researched,and an asynchronism motor vector control system basedon DSPCDigital Signal Processor)TMS320LF 2407A was developed.The methods of the software and hardware realization were introduced.The experimental results show that this system has not only smaller fluctuations of voltage and torque,quicker response speed,but also excellent dynamic and static performances and high control effect. These indicate this technology has broad prospects in application of the electric drive.
