粒度分布指数低于0.89的粉碎能耗分维数

摘    要:利用分形和分维数基本概念,导出粉碎粒度分布的分维数和粉碎比、粉碎概率互相存在的简单关系;从能耗与颗粒表面分维数相关出发,推出单位体积粉碎能耗与粒度分布指数的相关性;同时推出单位体积粉碎能耗的分维数。当粉碎粒度分布的分维数近似小于0.89时,粉碎能耗呈现自然分形的特征。并由实验数据验证推导公式的实用性。

Abstract:Simple relationship among the fractal dimensions of comminuted particle distribution,the reduction ratio and the probability of fragmentation was derived from the fundamental concepts of fractal and fractal dimension. Starting from the relationship between the energy consumption and the fractal dimensions of particle surface,the relationship between the energy consumption and the fractal of comminuted particle distribution was obtained, and meanwhile, the fractal dimensions of the energy consumption were also obtained. When the fractal dimensions of comminuted particle distribution was smaller than about 0.89, the energy consumption presented the feature of nature fractal. The experiment result confirmed the practical character of the induced formula.
