摘    要:利用ANSYS有限元分析软件建立了加热炉底板结构的有限元模型,通过有限元分析得到了模型的应力大小和分布.并对上底板进行了应力等效线性化处理,继而对结果进行应力强度评定.确定了上底板的材料,经校核,结果满足安全性要求.

Abstract:Making use of ANSYS software,a finite element model for heating furnace bottom was established to decide the model stress and distribution thereof,and to have the stress over upper bottom equivalently linearized and the stress intensity there assessed.This can benefit the materials selection and use for the upper bottom and can satisfy the safety requirement.
