环焊缝含不同心缺陷压力管道的极限载荷分析

摘    要:针对环焊缝含不同心缺陷的压力管道,建立有限元模型,计算管道的极限载荷.在有限元计算结果的基础上,将极限载荷拟合为管道直径、壁厚及缺陷大小的函数.数值验算表明,拟合关系公式在管径从500 ~ 900 mm,壁厚从6~10 mm,不同心量从1°~10°范围内具有很高的精确度.

Abstract:In this article,the finite element model was established for the pressure piping with misalignment defect and the limit load for this piping was calculated.On the basis of the results from finite element method,the equation to calculate limit load was created from the regression with the variables of diameter of piping,thickness of piping and misalignment size.The regression equation is quite precise within the scope of 500~900 mm in diameter,6~10 mm in thickness and 1°~10°in misalignment.
