| 摘 要： | 本文以明矾石精矿为原料生产明矾,主要研究了焙烧温度和时间对明矾石精矿脱水率的影响,以及酸浸过程温度、液固比、酸用量对钾、铝浸出率的影响.优化工艺条件下的钾、铝浸出率分别为98.31％、87.53％.同时对酸浸液结晶明矾进行了初步研究.

| Abstract: | In this paper,the process of that alunite concentrate was used to produce alum was introduced.The influence of roasting temperature and time on dehydrating ratio of alunite concentrate,and the influence of leaching temperature,liquid solid ratio and acid dosage on leaching ratio of potassium and aluminum were studied.On the optimum process conditions,the leaching ratio of potassium and aluminum was 98.31% and 87.53% respectively.Furthermore,crystallizing alum from acid leaching solution was preliminarily st... |
