基于有限元的罐体可靠性分析和设计

摘    要:通过ANSYS的PDS可靠度概率分析模块,采用概率分析的响应面方法,分别对常规设计和可靠性设计的球罐罐体进行可靠度分析研究。分析结果表明,可靠性设计可在确保结构达到规定的可靠性指标下,同时保证设计的经济性,ANSYS的灵敏度分析功能为可靠性设计提供参考依据。

Abstract:Both analytical module of PDS(probabilistic design system) in ANSYS and the response surface method of probabilistic analysis were employed to calculate the reliability of designed spherical tank.The analytical results show that the reliability design can ensure structure reliability and economical efficiency as required,and sensitivity analysis in ANSYS can provide references for the reliability design.
