柠檬酸酸解反应釜腐蚀原因分析及其解决

摘    要:针对柠檬酸钙酸解生成柠檬酸时反应釜腐蚀严重的现象,通过设备使用、工艺控制等方面的检测和分析,找出了设备腐蚀的原因.采用SUS 31803双相不锈钢代替原SUS316L不镑钢,在反应釜底部加硫酸,并分散加浓硫酸的位置.设备使用1a后,经检查设备腐蚀量,符合设计要求,解决了设备腐蚀问题,保证了生产的连续性,同时提高了碳酸钙...

Abstract:For the phenomenon of the reaction kettle is corrosive severely by citric acid after calcium citrate acid splitting,its cause and the solution are given by detecting and analyzing.Using SUS 31803 duplex stainless steel instead of the original SUS 316 L stainless steel,adding sulfuric acid in the bottom of reaction kettle,then putting in sulfuric acid with different positions.After one year of trial run,the acid corrosion fits for the design requirements;and the method improves crystallization of calcium car...
