论高职院校的职业道德教育

在当前多元价值观念冲突的背景下，有必要对职业道德教育的内涵重新认识。经验证明，坚持职业道德教育的“职业性”、坚持职业道德教育的“教、学、做统 一”，摒弃“坐而论道”，让学生在职业实践中提高对职业道德的认同，是职业道德教育的必然选择．坚持以思想政治理论课为主渠道，以实习、实践为主阵地，以思想政治理论课教师、辅导员为主要力量，发挥专业教师和学生社团的作用，各方合力，齐抓共管，才能使职业道德教育走出新路子。

On Vocational Moral Education in Vocational College

Under the background of present conflict of multi-value views, it is necessary to have a newknowledge of vocational moral education. The experiment shows that to adhere to the vocational nature andthe integration of teaching and learning of vocational moral education and to improve students' identificationof vocational moral in vocational practice instead of sitting back and talking is the necessary choice. Onlythe main channel of ideological and political theory, the main position of training and practice, the mainpower of ideological course teachers and counsellors and the joint work of teachers and student organizationscan make the vocational moral education find a new way out.
