| 摘 要： | 本文通过把灰色系统和计量经济学方法结合起来,建立了我国城市住宅建设投资需求量模型,对城市住宅建设投资比例进行了系统地分析。预测了到本世纪末城市住宅建设投资需求量。

| Abstract: | This paper establishes a model of the demand for urban housing construction fund by conbining the grey system with the econometrics and analyses systematically the investment proportions of the urban housing construction. It also forcasts the demand for urban housing construction fund in 2000. |
