紫外分光光度法快速测定蜜饯中苯甲酸的含量

摘    要:苯甲酸在食品中能起防腐作用,即它在一定时间内能防止食品变质。研究了蜜饯中苯甲酸的提取,并通过吸收光谱曲线法确定苯甲酸的水溶液的最大吸收波长为223nm,进而通过工作曲线法测定蜜饯中的苯甲酸的含量。测试结果表明,与常规方法比较,本法具有快速、准确、简便、试剂易得等优点。方法的RSD为0.40%~0.59%,回收率为97%~98%。

Abstract:The benzoic acid in foods can play the role of antideteriorant,that is,in a certain period of time to prevent the deterioration of food.Studying the extraction of benzoic acid in candied fruits,the author determines that biggest absorption wave length of aqueous solution of benzoic acid is 223nm through the absorption spectrum curve method.The benzoic acid content in candied fruits is tested with the working curve method.The results of testing indicate that the method has the merits of quick,simple,accurate,facile reagent and other advantages in comparison to conventional one.RSD of the method is 0.40%-0.59%,and the recovery rate of 97%-98%.
