| 摘 要： | H20-20交换机的CDR提供了计费用的全信息,包括通话日期、时间、时长、主叫号和被叫号,能够以此为依据计算话费。本计费软件系统选用数据库服务器／客户程序的结构,运用开放体系的观点．采用面向对象的设计方法。文中着重介绍了软件工程的几个主要环节：系统功能描述、系统模块设计、流程图设计、数据库设计和详细设计(代码编写),以展示这一软件工程的概貌。
