摘    要:为及时准确地测量油井液面深度,研制了以TI公司32 bit定点DSP芯片TMS320C2812为核心的油井动态液面测量系统.该系统由声波发生器、检波器和波形采集处理装置等3部分构成,利用声波发射信号与液面回波信号的时差和声速计算液面深度.它利用有效信号与干扰信号前沿跳变速度的显著差异,用差分算法处理原始测量信号以消除干扰,利用TMS320C2812内部的12 bit ADC和高性能的32 bit中央处理器进行信号采集和处理.该设备已在某油田使用.

Abstract:A dynamic liquid-level monitor based on a 32-bit fixed-point DSP chip TMS320C2812 was developed for monitoring depth of liquid surface in oil-producing well accurately and in time. The monitor composes of sonic emitter, geophone and signal acquisition/process device, utilizing acoustic velocity and time difference between emitted signal and echo signal from liquid surface to calculate the depth. The obvious difference of skip velocity between effective signal and interfering signal is used to eliminate the interference with an difference algorithm to process original measurement signal; and the 12-bit ADC and 32-bit CPU embedded in the TMS320C2812 chip are used to acquire and process signals. The monitor has been used in oilfield.
