断层带高压注浆工艺与技术

摘    要:矿山巷道中的断层带岩石一般比较破碎 ,难以支护 ,而且常常与含水层导通 ,易发生涌水。注浆可起到既加固围岩又封堵涌水的双重作用 ,是保证顺利通过断层的有效方法。结合工程实际讨论了断层注浆的方案设计、工艺参数及有关技术问题。最后 ,介绍了施工中得到的一些经验和体会 ,供今后施工借鉴和参考。

Abstract:The rock in the fault zones in mine roadways are generally fractured and difficult to support.As they often connect with the water containing layer, water inrush is apt to occcur.Grouting can play a double role of both consolidating the surrounding rock and plugging the water inrush and therefore is an efficient way to ensure a smooth passage through the fault zone.In combination with the engineering reality,the scheme design,the technological parameters and the related technical problems of the grouting in faulted zones are discussed and some experiences and understandings gained in the practical construction are presented for the reference of future construction.
