| 摘 要： | 通过分析母材材质及力学性能、环焊缝接头的金相组织及其力学性能、宏观断口特点，找到了加热炉烟囱开裂的主要失效原因是在主体环焊缝附近存在夹层金属，夹层金属与母材之间存在严重的末焊透。

| Abstract: | The main causes for the chimney crack of the heating furnace are studied by analyzing the chemical compositions and mechanical properties of the base metal,the metallographic structure and mechanical properties of the circumferentially welded joint and the characteristics of the fracture surface.The result proves that the crack was caused by the imcomplete penetration between the base metal and interlayer metal which exists near the main circumferentially welded metal. |
