导乐陪伴分娩结合笑气吸入用于分娩镇痛的临床分析

目的探讨导乐结合笑气吸入用于分娩镇痛的效果及其对产程的影响。方法将397例产妇用导乐陪伴结合笑气吸入进行分娩镇痛(观察组)与同期400例单用导乐陪伴分娩(对照组)比较镇痛效果、产程进展、分娩方式、产后出血量及新生儿Apgar评分。结果观察组分娩镇痛效果明显(P<0.01),观察组的活跃期和总产程短于对照组(P值均<0.05),差异有显著意义,而分娩方式、产后出血量及新生儿Apgar评分两组比较均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论导乐陪伴笑气吸入性分娩镇痛产程时间短、效果可靠,对母儿均无不良影响,有利于产科质量的提高,值得推广。

Clinical Analysis of Doula Delivery with Inhalation of Laughing Gas on Analgesia Labor

Obiective To probe into the effect of Doula delivery with inhalation of laughing gas in terms of delivery analgesia,and the influence on delivery process.Methods 797 primiparas were randomly divided into the observation group(397) and the control group(400).The control group was given the same treatments as that in the observational group except inhaling laughing gas.The effect of labor pain relief,delivery process,delivery ways,the amount of post partum and Apgar scores of neonate were compared during the two groups.Results The efficiency of relieving labor pain in observation group was much better than that of the control group(P<0.01),the duration of active phase and total delivery process was much shorter than that in the control one(P<0.05),the differences were significant.However,delivery ways,the amount of postpartum and of laughing gas is safe and effective Apgar scores of neonate were similarbetween two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Doula delivery with inhalationfor pain relief.It can also shorten birth process,has no side effect on both mother and fetus,enhance quality of primipara during delivery.So it is worthy of popularizing in obstetrics.
