| 摘 要： | 作为传感器的重要特性参数之一,迟滞性误差的改善直接影响传感器的整体误差,要想能够准确控制必须先了解哪些因素起到了影响作用。从迟滞性对传感器的精度影响出发,分析了影响传感器迟滞性的因素。

| Abstract: | As one of the important characteristic parameters of the transducer, the improvement of the sluggish error influences the whole error of the transducer directly, want to control and understand first which factors played to influence function accurately. Influences and sets out from the sluggish precision to the transducer, has analyzed that influences the sluggish factor of the transducer. |
