水压爆破拆除薄壁四连体料仓

介绍爆破拆除高架式薄壁连体料仓所采用的爆破方案、药包布置、药量计算、起爆方法和施工技术。其中，爆破方案采用水压爆破拆除料仓，控制和裸露爆破拆除柱、梁；药包布置采用中间悬吊式分上、中、下三层均匀分布；药量取偏大值；起爆采用导爆管和导爆索双起爆系统。由于采取上述技术措施，获得了良好的爆破效果。

The blasting program, drilling pattern, dose calculation, firing method and implementation technique of blast for demolishing an elevated thin-wall interlinked bin are introduced, in parctice, the hydraulic blasting was used to demolish the bin, the pillars and beams were demolished by controlled blasting, the layout of cartridges was performed in three layers of upper, mediate and lower layers, a relatively high dose was adopted, detonating cord and NONEL tube were simultaneously used for firing. The blasting effectiveness is satisfactory after above mentioned measures are taken.
