摘    要:通过对某种名酒的新酿酒、陈贮10年的酒、外销酒和内销酒中甲醇、异戊醇、异丁醇、乳酸乙酯等含量变化的分析和比较,对蒸馏酒的来源提出了作者的意见。这对中国蒸馏酒的发展有较大益处。

Abstract:Through analysis and comparison to the content change of the methyl alcohol, isoamyl alcohol, isobutyl alcohol and lactic acid ethylester comes from new fermenting liquor and storing lOyears liquor,selling inside the country and the liquor for export,This article author gave own comment to the liquor origin.This has a bigger profit to the Chinese liquor development.
