KYD-200型多功能牙轮钻机的研制

为了适应新的采矿方法对配套穿孔设备的需要,必须追踪国外新的科学技术,研制出既具有先进性又适合国情的多功能牙轮钻机,KYZ—200型牙轮钻机因此应运而生。该机具有钻孔和扩孔功能,更换主机的个别零件即可满足钻凿多种规格孔径的要求。主机上的圆柱框架机构、双调节杆机构、撑锚机构在设计上独具一格。液压系统集回转、推进和快速推进三种功能融为一体,布置合理,结构紧凑,适应性好。本文阐述了该机的设计特点、工作原理、使用效果及来自有关方面的评价。

DEVELOPMENT OF MODEL KYD-200 MULTIFUNCTION AL ROTARY DRILL

In order to satisfy the requirement of new mining method for the fitted drilling equipment, the author and his colleagues must develop an advanced multifunctional rotary drill suitable for China's mines,on the after new trends of science and technology overseas. Therefore, model KYZ-200 ro-tarydrill came into being for this purpose. This drill serves the functions of boring and reaming. The replacement of a few parts in the drill can satisfy the requirement of drilling the varied diameter holes. The cylindrical frame, dual-regulating lever and anchor prop on the drill have a stayle of their nwn design. The hydraulic system incorporates rotation, advancement and rapid advancement, with the rational arrangement, compact structure and good adaptability. The design features, working prindiple, the results of application, and consumer and expert assessment are introduced in this paper.
