| 摘 要： | 基于Petri网的防空旅C4ISR系统决策组织结构信息处理分为四级:态势评估级(SA)、信息融合级(IF)、资源分配级(RA)、响应选择级(RS).接收的环境信息经SA级处理后得到评估结果传递到IF级再处理,也可传递到其它决策组织进行信息分享.该结构中同级决策主要包括首长、参谋决策和营级指挥员决策,其组织结构可分为集中式、分布式和混合式.

| Abstract: | The decision structure for air-defense brigade C4ISR system based on Petri net is composed of four parts: situation-analysis (SA), information-fusion (IF), resource allocation (RA) and response-selection (RS). After received environment information was processed by SA, and gotten result of situation-analysis is transmitted to IF to process again, or it is transmitted to other decision structure to information sharing. The same level decision-making in the decision structure includes chief decision-making, staff decision-making and battalion commander decision-making, and the organization-structure consists concentrative form, distributed form and composite form. |
