| 摘 要： | 全面提高大学生综合素质是培育“有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律”的社会主义新人的需要，是培养跨世纪合格人才的迫切要求。本文围绕全面提高大学生综合素质促进中国发展的唯一出路的这一中心问题，对全面提高大学生综合素质的划时代意义及其途径等相关问题略谈个人见解。
