耐火耐候钢在我国建筑业的发展与工程应用

摘    要:介绍了近年来耐火耐候钢在我国建筑业的开发现状和工程应用,并对这类钢材的耐火耐候性能和生产机理进行了分析.试验研究表明:混合组织,尤其是细小、弥散分布的M-A组织,合金元素Mo等的固溶强化作用和高温下MC,Mo2C的析出强化作用,是耐火钢获得良好高温性能的主要原因.在碳素钢中加入Cu,Cr,Mo和Ti等微合金元素,就可形成耐候钢.

Abstract:The paper introduces the recent development and engineering application of FR and WR steel to building industry in china,analyzes its FR and WR properties and production mechanism.The results of test study have shown that the mixed microstructures,especially the fine distribution of M-A microstructures,the solution strengthening of alloy element Mo,and the precipitation strengthening effect of MC and Mo2C are the main reasons for good high-temperature properties of FR steels.By adding micro-alloy elements l...
