摘 要: | 分析了电梯能耗的组成及其特点,提出了一种新的基于实验测量和理论推算的计算电梯能耗的方法。该方法通过测量电梯在设定工况下的动态能耗数据,结合电梯能耗的规律,能够计算出电梯在各种运行工况下的能耗情况。为了验证该方法的有效性,设计了相关试验并进行了测量和计算。结果表明,利用该方法得到的理论值与试验结果符合良好。该方法可以推广到液压电梯、自动扶梯以及自动人行道的能耗测量,同时也为电梯能耗的评价提供技术支持。

A new method for measuring energy consumption of elevator |

Abstract: | The paper analyzes composition and characteristics of elevator energy consumption, and proposes a new energy consumption calculation method based on test measurement and theoretical calculation. It expounds how energy consumptions under various conditions are calculated by means of measuring dynamic energy consumption data under the special operational conditions combining with energy consumption law. It also designs the related test to verify this method. The result shows that the theoretical values from this method are very close to the test ones. This can be applied to hydraulic elevators, escalators and moving walk, providing technology support to energy consumption evaluation of elevators. |
