工艺管线布置对换热器运行影响的分析

分析了煤焦油加工装置5#换热器频繁泄漏的原因,指出其频繁泄漏的原因是换热介质导热油工艺管线布置不合理,工艺运行不稳定,使得5#换热器管束频繁热胀冷缩,产生应力而损坏.经过改造工艺管线,解决了5#换热器频繁泄漏的问题,同时为化工生产装置的换热设备调节起到很好的借鉴作用.

Analysis of Influence of Process Piping Layout to Heat Exchanger Performance

In this article,the cause of leakage which was frequently occurred in No.5 heat exchanger in coke oil process unit was analyzed.It was pointed out that the causes of leakage were inappropriate layout of pipeline for heat conducting oil and instable process operation which resulted in frequent occurrence of expansion with heat and contract with cold so that the damage was induced with cyclic stress.After the process pipeline was reformed,the problem existed in No.5 heat exchanger have been solved,and at the same times,the measure had good adjustment for heat exchanging equipment in chemical plant.
