摘 要: | 本文对Q370板的表面纵裂和发纹进行了观察分析,通过化学分析、力学性能检测、显微组织观察、扫描电镜分析研究裂纹的形成原因。结果表明Q370板的表面纵裂和发纹是由于铸坯表面气泡和皮下气泡所致。

Abstract: | This text has observed and analyzed the surface crackle of steel plate Q370R.In order to find out the origin that the crackle produces.Through machanical property,composition,observing the metallographic organization,and the electric mirror scan analysis,results show that the crackle mainly relates to the surface bubble and subsurface bubble. |
