基于多容惯性标准传递函数的锅炉水温控制器设计

摘    要:锅炉水温过程具有惯性、滞后、非线性等特点,传统PID控制很难达到较好的控制效果.采用多容惯性标准传递函数方法设计了锅炉内胆水温控制器.仿真试验结果发现,多容惯性标准传递函数控制具有设计简单、实现容易、无超调、调整时间短等优点.

Abstract:Boiler water temperature process has the peculiarity of inertia,time-delay and non-linear characteristics,so the traditional PID control is difficult to achieve good control effect.A multiple capacity process transfer function standard form is taken to design a boiler inner water-temperature controller.Simulation test result shows that,the multiple capacity process transfer function standard form control has the advantages of being simple and easy to implement,without overshoot,and short adjustment time,which offers a promising prospect.
