摘    要:硫酸(或盐酸)浸取蛇纹石,分离得到富镁滤液和富硅滤饼,进而可以制备出品种丰富、附加值较高的镁和硅系列产品,如轻质氧化镁、氢氧化镁、五水偏硅酸钠、白炭黑等.本文对近年来蛇纹石酸浸工艺、镁和硅系列产品研发新进展进行了综述,对研发中存在的问题进行了分析,对今后的发展方向进行了展望.

Abstract:Magnesium was extracted into solution from serpentine by sulfuric acid or hydrochloric acid leaching. After filtrating and refining, enriched magnesium filtrate and enriched silicon filter cake were obtained, from which some kinds of fine chemicals containing magnesium or silicon could be prepared, e.g. light magnesia, magnesium hydroxide, sodium matasilicate pentahydrate and white earbon black. The research and progress of the acid leaching process were introduced in this paper. The existing problems in the exploiting process were analyzed and the future development directions were given.
