摘    要:介绍了一种一阶纵振模态与二阶弯振模态复合的两自由度直线超声波电动机的结构组成和工作原理,用有限元方法对电机的定子进行了结构动力学设计,并制作了电机样机。对电机定子的工作模态和电机的输出性能进行了测试。实验表明:定子的工作模态与理论设计结果相符,并较好地满足了设计要求;电机的输出速度和推力得到了大幅度提高,从而证明所提出的设计思路是合理、可行的。

Abstract:A linear ultrasonic motor with two-degree of freedom using longitudinal and bending vibration modes is developed.Its construction and operational principle are described.The design requirements of the stator are outlined.Structural dynamics design on the stator is completed with finite element method.The prototype motor is manufactured with the design results.The operation modes of the stator and the output performances of the motor are tested.The experimental results show that the stator's operation modes are consistent with the design results which satisfies the design requirements of the stator,and the motor output properties are improved greatly.
