基于嵌入式PLC的顺序控制器设计与实现*

摘    要:针对气相色谱液体自动进样器系统的应用需求,提出一种基于嵌入式可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)的系统解决方案。该方案利用嵌入式PLC实现上、下位计算机之间的指令和数据交换,以及多个高精度步进电机的行程顺序控制,给出了自动进样器系统的硬件和软件设计方案,重点论述了嵌入式PLC和上位机之间的通信协议和步进电机顺序控制的设计方法和系统实现。在满足系统精度要求的条件下,该方案大幅度提升了系统在工业环境中工作的可靠性。

Abstract:To design automat liquid sampler for GC, the solution with PLC is introduced. PLC is used to control several motors as well as communicate with its host PC bidirectionally. Requirement on precision is satisfied. Also the application of PLC can offer the system with extra reliability in industrial environment. Both the software and hardware architecture is discussed. The method to control motors is the key point.
