| 摘 要： | 面对连锁店日益增长的海量数据，给出了一个完整的决策支持系统模型，包括决策支持系统的体系结构、主要功能、OLAP系统与数据挖掘应用的建立，重点论述了连锁店数据仓库的设计与实现过程，并对创建系统模型时应注意的问题做了相应的阐述。
