| Abstract: | With the expansion of the scale of coal mine enterprises,cost control has become the main factor that affects business development.Based on the analysis of present situation of coal mine enterprise cost management,this article put forward to measures from three respects as the zero base budget,the production technology and special fund,eventually makes coal mine enterprises maintain the best level of cost control. |
