| 摘 要： | 介绍乙烯装置裂解气压缩机段间凝液酸性腐蚀原因,以及HSJ-1018型压缩机缓蚀剂的缓蚀机理及其在齐鲁乙烯装置中的应用效果。从新剂使用效果看,段间凝液的pH值基本控制在6.5以上,且pH值波动范围较小,铁离子含量明显下降,有效地抑制了段间凝液的腐蚀,达到了压缩系统安全平稳生产和长周期运行的目的。

| Abstract: | The paper introduced the sour corrosion reason in ethylene cracking gas compres- sor stage condensate, inhibition mechanism of the HSJ -1018 type compressor inhibitor and its application effects on Qilu ethylene unit. Results of the injection of the new reagent showed that pH value of the interstage condensate was controlled over 6. 5 and fluctuation range of the value was small, content of the iron ion was significantly decreased, corrosion caused by stage con- densate was efficiently controlled, and the purpose of safe and stable production and long period operation of the compression system was obtained. |
