基于正交试验的汽车覆盖件冲压成形分析

摘    要:将汽车覆盖件有限元冲压仿真与正交试验设计结合,综合分析了冲压速度、摩擦系数、模具间隙、压边力等4个因素对汽车覆盖件冲压成形质量的影响,并确定最佳的冲压工艺参数组合;以汽车翼子板为研究对象,利用DY-NAFORM软件建立了翼子板冲压成形的有限元模型,并进行拉延数值模拟;运用正交试验方法进行成形分析的设计,通过对仿真数据进行分析,找到了最优的工艺参数组合。

Abstract:Combining stamping numerical simulations of the automotive body parts with the orthogonal experiment to analyze the influence of the stamping process parameters comprehensively, such as punch speed, friction coefficient, die clearance and blank holder force. Then the optimal sets of the parameters were determined. Taking an automotive fender as an application example, the Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) models of die model were constructed, and the drawing process of the fender was simulated using FEM software DYNAFORM, and the orthogonal experiment was then conducted to make the proper scheme and plans for the simulation computations. With analysis of results from the simulations, the optimal set of process parameter values was discovered. Conclusion provided guidance in process planning of automotive body panel forming.
