超临界锅炉奥氏体不锈钢管爆漏原因分析及预防控制措施

摘    要:某电厂超临界锅炉连续两次发生高温过热器爆管现象,导致机组非计划停运。现场分析爆管的原因是TP-347H钢管发生氧化皮脱落堵塞造成短期超温爆管。通过对奥氏体不锈钢管内氧化皮生成和脱落机理的分析,提出了降低氧化皮生成速度和防止集中脱落的预防控制措施,有效地避免了氧化皮堵塞爆管现象的再次发生,机组运行的安全可靠性大大提高。

Abstract:Two high-temperature super-heater tube bursts of supercritical boiler in succession experienced leading to unplanned unit outages. On-site analysis of the burst pipe revealed that the TP-347H steel tube had experienced surface oxidation and surface pealing which caused a temporary blockage and led to excessive temperatures and ultimately burst tube.
