混合动力残疾人摩托车电机驱动快速控制原型研究

摘    要:为缩短开发时间,节约开发费用,在混合动力残疾人摩托车电机驱动控制系统的过程中,运用了快速控制原型方法。基于图形化建模仿真工具Matlab/Simulink建立混合动力残疾人摩托车用无刷直流电机控制系统模型,采用dSPACE实时仿真环境生成的原型控制器,具有与实际系统连接的硬件接口,可以与实际的电机系统直接相连,构成快速控制原型系统,实现了电机控制系统从功能设计、控制算法开发到快速原型验证的开发流程。实时仿真结果表明,该方法具有较好的快速性和可靠性。

Abstract:In order to reduce cost,risk and developing time,the real-time simulator of Hybrid Motorcycle for Handicapped can be used.An implementation of the real-time model of brushless DC motor drive for Hybrid Motorcycle based on block-oriented programming tool Simulink is proposed.Also,by using dSPACE environment,the real-time motor controller is directly generated.Having the real-time hardware interface to actual system,the real-time simulation system can be directly connected to actual motor system for rapid control prototyping applications.The main control algorithms of motor controlling system were designed and the rapid prototype controller was deployed.Experimental results show that the method is correct and practicable.
