煤矿瓦斯光谱信号探测的数据处理

摘    要:介绍了红外吸收光谱法测量煤矿瓦斯气体的基本原理,给出了遥感报警系统的结构框图。当含有瓦斯信息的红外信号经扫描望远镜后,经傅里叶光谱仪得到红外干涉图信号,经放大、A/D变换,得到数字化的干涉图数据,提供给主计算机进行处理和识别。由于瓦斯气体分子在一定的红外波段对光有吸收特性,使光谱具有了瓦斯的特性,通过比较,反演出瓦斯气体在矿井中的浓度。该方法克服了传统方法如气相色谱法实时性差的缺点,实现了完全非接触在线自动监测,真实反映矿井瓦斯的浓度。

Abstract:The authors introduced the elementary theory of measuring coalmine gas with infrared absorption spectrum and presented the structural frame of remote sensing alarm system.When infrared signals pass through scan telescope,infrared interference pattern will be obtained with the help of Fourier spectrometer.After such infrared interference pattern is magnified and A/D transformed,interference pattern data will be got,which is input into a main computer for processing and identifying.Because of the ability to absorb light under certain infrared wave range,gas molecules make spectrum have features of gas.Though comparisons,the gas density of a coalmine can be deduced.This method overcomes the defect of weak real-time of traditional methods such as gas chromatography,makes complete non-contact online self-monitoring come true,and actually reflect gas density in a coalmine.
