摘    要:玻璃 金属封接按玻璃与金属两者间的膨胀系数差异 (即Δα)分为匹配封接和压力封接 ,它广泛应用于电池、电子、汽车、医疗、照明等行业。不同类型的玻璃 金属封接对金属材料及玻璃的要求将被讨论。对匹配封接 ,两者间的膨胀系数之差应小于 10 % ,而压力封接则要求细而薄的弹性金属。封接材料的选择及相应工艺参数的匹配对玻璃 金属封接件的质量好坏起着很重要的作用。封接工艺包括对温度、封接时间、氧化膜的厚度、保护气氛等的控制。

Abstract:Glass-to-metal seals can be classified as two types, i.e. the matched seals and the compression seals according to the difference of the thermal expansion coefficient between glass and metal. They are widely used in battery, electron, motor, medical device and illumination industry. The requirements for different types of glass-to-metal seals to metal and glass were discussed. As for the matched seals, the difference of thermal expansion coefficient between metal and glass should be less than 10%. Fine and thin ductile metal is required for compression seals. The selections of sealing materials are important to the quality of glass-to-metal seals, so are the related technique parameters, including temperature, thickness of oxide film, sealing time, flow quantity of protective gas and so on.
